Stephanie Serba has been a Professional Bookkeeper since early 1998, and has been a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor since 2006, specializing in providing services to small business, professionals, contractors and tradespersons in the eastern Greater Toronto Area.

​

​Ms Serba started her career as a credit manager in 1993, while studying bookkeeping systems at George Brown College. She graduated in 1998 after completing certificates in Microcomputer Accounting and Bookkeeping Systems. 

In 1998 she took a position with a construction company in Toronto’s east end. Here she sharpened her skills including job-costing, progress and time-and-materials invoicing, asset management, managing deferred income and prepaid expenses, unionized payroll, and managing multiple WSIB rate classifications.

After a move in 2002, Stephanie began to work with a local bookkeeping practice. She founded a partnership shortly after with her then husband offering comprehensive back office services.​

Ms Serba joined the Canadian Bookkeepers Association, QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Sage consultant programs. Constant skills upgrading allowed her to graduate from the Accounting Certificate program at Seneca College in 2007, and the Accounting Diploma program in 2020, achieving Honors.

 

In 2015 Ms Serba achieved QuickBooks Online Certification, and was Advanced Certified in 2017. In 2017 she completed her training in the Pure Bookkeeping for QuickBooks system.

In 2009 she became a Registered Professional Bookkeeper (RPB)™ . In 2012 she joined CPB Canada (formerly IPBC) and became a Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB)™ .

Ms Serba continues to upgrade her education.
